Policies and procedures

• We at Epic Care Solutions, LLC reserve the right to cancel, alter fees, or change policies and procedures and classes, as we deem necessary.
• We at Epic Care Solutions, LLC foster a learning environment and are respectful of each student's time, therefore we are requesting that all cell phones be turned off or turned to silent mode. We have found that this enhances knowledge and recall.
• We at Epic Care Solutions, LLC honor your time. However, in rare circumstances, class may be cancelled due to low enrolment. We will notify participants in the event. Your safety is our concern. In the case of inclement weather or hazardous conditions, class may be cancelled.
• Fees are only good for the class in which they were paid.All fees are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Prices and Schedule are subject to change at owner's discretion

Privacy Policy:

• Epic Care Solutions LLC respects the privacy of its clients. We do not release client information to anyone except for law enforcement or as governed by the policies and procedures from American Red Cross.
